On July 11, 2008, the Defendant, as the co-owner of the D Council members located in Pyeongtaek-si C (hereinafter “instant hospital”), was the first founder, acquired 1/2 shares of the ownership of the instant hospital site on July 11, 2008 in accordance with the agreement on the division of inherited property. From February 1, 2009, the Plaintiff served as the head of the administrative department of the instant hospital from February 1, 2009, submitted a resignation report on April 30, 201.

B. On February 20, 2009, the Defendant prepared and arranged to the Plaintiff each of the following descriptions (hereinafter “each of the instant notes”). On the same day, a notary public, on the second floor of Pyeongtaek-si and 197-6 Young Building 197-6, in Pyeongtaek-si, a notary public, in the second floor of Pyeongtaek-si and dong 197-6, was drafted with the Ministry of Education No. 548, Jun. 2009, respectively.

As to each letter above, the defendant shall make an agreement between the plaintiffs on the above amount (200,000,000) as follows:

A. L. L. L.I.

1. Each letter of contract shall be paid to the plaintiff when the plaintiff leaves the above hospital at any time. When the plaintiff leaves the hospital, the defendant shall pay the above agreed amount to the plaintiff.

2. The defendant shall pay the above amount to the plaintiff where the plaintiff does not have to do so for any reason as to paragraph (1).

3. The defendant shall not raise any objection to the plaintiff, and for any reason, he shall clearly pay the above amount and pay the above amount in lump sum.

4. The defendant will be held liable for civil or criminal liability in the event of the above agreement.

The defendant shall sign and seal the above content in order to observe the agreement.

In February 2009, the body shall be a part in hand. On the 20th day of each month, the address on the registration number F resident registration number No. F in Gyeonggi-si G 201-205 resident registration number, etc.
