1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 30,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from July 22, 2016 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: To be as shown in the grounds for claims in attached Form;
(However, since the plaintiff could not achieve the purpose of lease due to the decision on commencement of the auction on the real estate of this case, the plaintiff sought the termination of the lease contract by serving a duplicate of the complaint of this case by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
