1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff the amount of KRW 69,718,41 and KRW 13,701,936 from April 18, 2018 to the date of full payment.
According to the overall purport of Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 4 (including each number), D Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "D") loaned KRW 30,220,000 and KRW 67,00,00 to the defendant on May 30, 2016, respectively. The above loan claims were assigned in sequence from D via E, and around that time, it can be acknowledged that the above credit assignment notice was completed to the defendant.
According to the above facts, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff damages for delay calculated at the rate of 25% per annum, which is the delayed interest rate for KRW 69,718,41 (the total amount of the loan principal and interest accrued up to that time) and KRW 13,701,936, whichever is the 13,701,936, respectively, from April 18, 2018 to the date of full payment. < Amended by Presidential Decree No. 24604, Apr. 18, 2018; Presidential Decree No. 24604, Apr. 18, 2018>
