1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 36,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from November 18, 2015 to the date of full payment.
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Judgment by public notice;
(a) Applicable provisions of Acts: Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act;
B. Part of dismissal: Pursuant to Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings, the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Legal Proceedings (wholly amended by Presidential Decree No. 26553, Sep. 25, 2015; effective October 1, 2015); and Article 2(2) of the Addenda of the same Act, the part demanding the payment of damages for delay calculated at the rate exceeding 15% per annum after October 1, 2015 among the Plaintiff’s claims is dismissed.
