With respect to the foregoing case, this Court added the list of crimes in attached Form to the judgment sentenced on April 30, 2014.

Reasons

Since it is apparent that the attached list of crimes was omitted in the above case, it shall be decided as ordered in accordance with Article 25(1) of the Rules on Criminal Procedure.
