On February 14, 2013, A was sentenced to imprisonment for 4 months with prison labor and 2 years of suspended execution in the Busan District Court on February 14, 2013, and the judgment became final and conclusive on February 22, 2013.

1. Defendant A was prosecuted for fraud at the Busan District Court on September 6, 2013, but the defendant escaped without attending the trial date and was serving several times as a warrant of detention issued on January 23, 2014. On December 23, 2013, the Busan District Prosecutors' Office issued a warrant of arrest on February 3, 2014, but was investigated as a crime of violating the Trademark Act and a crime of aiding and abetting an offender at the Busan District Prosecutors' Office, but the arrest warrant was issued on February 3, 2014.

In order to avoid tracking by the investigation agency, the defendant made a borrowed-name account and a borrowed-name cell phone to those who know the fact that the defendant runs away, and asked them to use it.

On January 24, 2014, the Defendant: (a) sent a borrowed-name account to B; (b) on January 24, 2014, at the branch of the Busan District District Bank located in Busan District of Busan District, the Defendant made a resolution to allow B to open an account under the name of B and to escape from the Defendant by transferring the account under the name of B to B, and accordingly, B, upon request of B to the effect that “I would like to pay back the money that I had already lent to the Republic of Korea, such as performing clothes funeral service, etc.; and (c) if well, I would not know about money.”
