However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. On July 28, 2017, at around 01:00, the Defendant: (a) opened a door that was parked in the victim D (EM) B apartment parking lot in Gwangju Northern-gu; (b) opened a door that was not corrected in the victim D (EM)-owned vehicle; (c) cut off one page of cash 10,000 won, identification card; (d) e bank body cke card; and (e) one page, one credit card of the victim’s wife G bank in the victim’s wife name.

2. Fraud or violation of the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act;

A. On July 28, 2017, the Defendant, at the “J” located in Gwangju Northern-gu I on July 28, 2017, purchased hambber and drinking water, and, as stated in paragraph (1) of the same Article, presented the credit card of H bank in the name of G that was stolen to his/her employees in return for payment of KRW 8,800,00, as if he/she had legitimate right to use the stolen credit card.

B. On July 28, 2017, around 05:04, the Defendant: (a) paid KRW 1,000 for the PC bank usage fee in the North-gu, Gwangju; and (b) paid KRW 1,000 in the same manner as indicated in the foregoing paragraph (a).

C. On July 28, 2017, the Defendant, around 05:07, paid 26,400 won for the purchase of goods, such as tobacco, at the “N convenience store” located in the North-gu Seoul metropolitan area, in the same manner as described in the foregoing paragraph (a).

Accordingly, the defendant deceivings others and acquired property benefits equivalent to 36,200 won through three times in total, and used stolen credit cards.
