A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant attempted to larceny, on October 14, 2018, while drinking alcohol together with building C, D, victim E, victim F, etc. in Gangnam-gu Seoul Building C, Gangnam-gu, Seoul on October 14, 2018, the victims attempted to duplicate the location at a locking time, and to dup up the belongingss on the floor of each of the victims, and then to steal cash. However, the victims did not have cash and did so.
2. Accordingly, the defendant invadedd a structure at night and stolen the victims' property.
3. From October 14, 2018, around 05:05:05, the Defendant: (a) stolen and stolen a vehicle with a vehicle height owned by the J, which was stolen and kept as described in paragraph (2), in front of H real estate in front of the real estate location as indicated in paragraph (2); (b) the market value of which was set up at the above location was equivalent to KRW 60,000,000, using the vehicle height owned by the J.
