마약류관리에관한법률위반(향정)
A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
Defendant is not a narcotics handler.
1. The Defendant, at around August 26, 2015, received a request from B to request for the delivery of philophones, and then received KRW 1.2 million from B to the Defendant’s national bank account at around 13:15 on the same day.
After that day, the Defendant received 70,000 won from D in the vicinity of Gangnam-gu Seoul Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Cridge, and 1g of philophones, and around 22:00 on the same day, the Defendant sent the above 1g of philophones to B before the Frops in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E at around 22:00.
Accordingly, the defendant assisted the trade of philophones.
2. Purchasing phiphones;
A. On October 22, 2015, the Defendant purchased 200,000 won in cash from H located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government G by means of receiving approximately 0.4 grams from 0.4 grams.
B. At around 01:00 on November 5, 2015, the Defendant purchased 200,000 won in cash from D in the D’s vehicle parked near the Seoul Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Mung apartment, by receiving approximately 0.4g of philopon.
3. Medication of phiphones.
A. On August 26, 2015, between around 22:00 and 22:30 (after the crime of paragraph (1) above), the Defendant, at the pressure-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (after committing the crime of paragraph (1) above, put two of the instant opon 0.2 grams into two of the instant one-time injection devices in the pressure-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, with B, and administered opon-phones by means of injection into each of the following arms:
B. Around 08:00 on August 27, 2015, the Defendant, along with I 101 Dong 402 Dong-gu Seoul 101 and Dong 402 Dong-gu, put each philop 0.2 grams into two for a single-use injection machine, dived each philop 0.2g, and administered philopon in any of the following ways:
C. On October 22, 2015, at around 20:30, the Defendant added approximately 0.2g of philopon to one-time clopon at the cross-discopic telescope in Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu, Seoul, and added it to the arms after being injected.
