1. Details of the disposition;
A. The Plaintiffs and K were enrolled in the second 10th 201 J High School in 2019.
B. The JJ High School School Violence Autonomy Committee (hereinafter “instant autonomous committee”) refers to the first meeting on May 2, 2019 (hereinafter “the first meeting”) and the second meeting on May 23, 2019 and the former Act on the Prevention of and Countermeasures against School Violence (amended by Act No. 16441, Aug. 20, 2019; hereinafter “School Violence Prevention Act”).
Pursuant to Article 17, a decision was made to take the following measures against the plaintiffs and requested the defendant to take such measures. The plaintiff A took part in and led to the street gathering that caused bullying during the break of April 5, 2019, and caused a situation in which the plaintiff D would be able to receive mental compensation for the case of the 6th curriculum. In addition, the plaintiff A actively disseminated bullying by deeming that the 6th curriculum was supported by L in the stairs conference during the break of the 6th curriculum.

4. 12.까지 있었던 학급 내 소외에 가담함. 이로 인하여 K에게 12주의 심리적 치료가 필요한 학교폭력을 행사함. 피해학생 및 신고고발 학생에 대한 접촉, 협박 및 보복행위 금지 사회봉사 4시간 특별교육이수 5시간 보호자 특별교육이수 5시간 원고 D K가 2019. 4. 4. 6교시 쉬는 시간에 M이 “와, 쟤 진짜 소름 끼친다”고 발언하고, 원고 D이 재차 반복하여 발언하였다고 진술을 하였으나 목격자가 없으므로 채택하기 어려움. 또한 K가 진술한 2019. 4. 8. 2교시 법과정치 수업시간에 같이 앉지 않은 행위에 대하여 목격자 진술을 통하여 사실관계가 다른 것으로 확인되어 진술을 채택하기 어려움. 하지만 2019. 4. 4. 6교시 일본어 수업시간에 일어난 “우리 둘이 붙어 다니는 것 꼴보기 싫다고 한 년 누구냐 ”는 행위에 대해서는 K를 겨냥한 것으로 보이므로...
