Examining the reasoning of the judgment below in light of the evidence duly admitted by the court below, the court below reversed the judgment of the court of first instance which acquitted the victim on or around January 13, 2010 of the facts charged in the instant case, and found the defendant guilty of the forgery of private documents, the uttering of the above investigation document, the fraudulent entry in the original of the authentic document, the uttering of the authentic document, and the use of the authentic document to the victim F, and there is no violation of the rules of free evaluation of evidence in violation of the logical and empirical rules, contrary

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
