1. Defendants A, C, and B jointly committed the crimes with F, from January 1, 2016 to April 11, 2016 (Provided, That from January 2016 to April 5, 2016, Defendants C, C, and C conspired with Defendant C, Defendant C, and F, using the Internet hosting site, “H”, “J”, and “K”, and “W”, and Defendant A and B, using a passenger car, provided that male guests wishing to engage in sexual traffic, thereby soliciting male guests to gather to the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government guest by having male guests gather through 5 male guests, including, but not limited to, inter alia, from January 2016 to April 5, 2016.

As a result, the Defendants conspired with F to engage in commercial sex acts such as brokerage.

2. The Defendants jointly committed the crimes of Defendant A and Defendant B, at a place where the location cannot be known from Jun. 2, 2016 to Dec. 6, 2016, at a place where the location cannot be known, Defendant A recruited male customers who engage in sexual traffic by using “K”, a mobile phone displayer, and Defendant B decided to use a car to make male customers wanting to engage in sexual traffic, and Defendant B decided to have D engage in sexual intercourse with male customers by receiving KRW 150,00 to KRW 350,00 from male customers, along with male customers, at the accommodation of Seoul Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, such as the “O” hotel located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government N, with male customers.

As a result, Defendants conspired to act as commercial sex acts such as brokerage.

3. Defendant D’s sole criminal conduct

A. The Defendant, around 12:00 on April 4, 2016, is a man whose name is infinite within the mutual infinite telecom near the station located underground 156 in the Gangnam-gu Seoul Gangnam-gu, Seoul, at around 12:0.
