When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

On January 14, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 22:17, at the movie theater of the sixth floor B’s building B, and (b) at the film screen, on the grounds that he obstructed viewing with the victim D (58 aged) by talking with the victim, during the film screen, the Defendant interfered with the film; (c) was shaking the spath; (d) was shaking the spath; and (d) was spad with the access control by spatie lease; and (e) turned over the floor by spathing the spath.

As a result, the Defendant inflicted an injury on the victim, i.e., the head of the right-hand body, and the head of the pelvis, which require treatment for about 56 days.
