2. Of the costs of lawsuit.

A. Some parents and teachers of E schools, E schools, and G schools, which are alternative schools opened to K in Goyang-si on March 2002, 202, are separated from I schools on August 2003, and opened to E schools, an elementary school course, and dispatched to K and L land (hereinafter “Mi-ri land”). < Amended by Presidential Decree No. 18173, Jul. 5, 2003; Presidential Decree No. 17213, Jul. 5, 2003>

A) Purchasing E/L and completing the registration of ownership transfer in Defendant B’s name with the largest property for the establishment of E/L on August 6, 2003, and building on each land of M/L (hereinafter “M-Ri building”).

After the new construction of E, on January 17, 2005, the registration of initial ownership was completed in N name, the principal of E school. 2) The parents and teachers of the five and six years of E school constituted the O promotion committee for establishing the middle and high school course around April 2005, and around September 2005, the 300 square meters out of the P land of Pakistan P (hereinafter “P land”) registered in the name of the Defendant C (hereinafter “P land”) in the name of the Defendant C was purchased (20 million won out of the above purchase fund contributed by Defendant C), and the F school was opened, and the Defendant C was appointed as the principal.

3) A school closed around January 2006. Around February 28, 2006, the E school’s assets and debts were transferred to a new G school via the telegraph of the E school. 4) The asset contributors of G school, by enacting the articles of incorporation around February 28, 2006, determined that “a person who contributed to the establishment of the G school refers to “ Q” and “a person who, in principle, belongs to Q Q group (referring to a group composed of Q group)”. Defendant B, who contributed to the largest amount of Q, takes office as the president of the G school, and completed the registration of ownership transfer in his name on Mi building on April 30, 2007.

B. The integration of G Schools and F Schools, and the opening of A Schools and F Schools, parents of students, teachers, and Q, constituted an integrated promotion committee for the integration of the two schools. On September 2007, both schools were integrated into A Schools, and the first school curriculum was completed.
