약정금
The defendant shall pay 15 million won to the plaintiff and shall be 5% per annum from December 1, 2017 to September 8, 2020 and from the next day.
1. On October 20, 2017, the Defendant agreed to pay the Plaintiff the sum of KRW 45 million to compensate for damages by the end of November 2017. The Defendant’s failure to pay KRW 15 million out of the above amount does not conflict between the parties.
2. In conclusion, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 15 million won with 5% interest per annum as stipulated by the Civil Act from December 1, 2017, which is the day of service of a copy of the complaint from September 8, 2020, and 12% interest per annum as stipulated by the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings, from the next day to the day of full payment.
It is so decided as per Disposition.
