On March 24, 2013, at around 03:52, the Defendant driven a car with 1m nicoo to park in the parking lot in Seocho-gu, Seocho-gu, Seoul, Seocho-gu, 1594-5 Raba, while under the influence of alcohol content of 0.162%.
