A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for a year and a fine of 3.3 million won.

Punishment of the crime
At around 14:30 on April 6, 2020, the Defendant sent a telephone to the “G” operated by the victim F (Nam, South, and 46 years old), which is one’s own residence in the wife population C at Gyeonggi-si, and made a false statement to the effect that “4 persons working on a day-to day-day day-to-day day-day day-to-day day-day day-day day-to-day day-day day-day day-to-day-day day-day day-day day-to-day day-day-day day-day day-to-day day-day-day day-day-day-day day-day day-to-day day-day-day-day-day-day day-to-day-day-day-day-day day-day day-to-day-day-day-day-day-day day-to-
However, in fact, the Defendant did not have deposited KRW 520,00 in the I Bank account (J) in the name of H known by the victim, and entered KRW 1 to the above account as KRW 520,000 in the name of the depositor when transferring KRW 520,00,000 to the account, and only caused the victim to have deposited KRW 520,000 in the name of the depositor.
Nevertheless, the defendant deceiving the victim as above and received 520,000 won from the K Bank account (L) in the name of the defendant on the same day from the victim, and acquired it by fraud from the above time.
7.3.Before around the day, the victim acquired 920,000 won in total on two occasions as shown in the annexed crime list No. 1, and attempted to acquire 90,000 won continuously, but the victim saw the same crime as the defendant, and did not transfer 90,000 won to another person.
The portion of the attached Form 2 of "200 order 4356", which is obvious that it is a clerical error, was partly corrected in accordance with evidence.

2. In the case of the crime against W by 33 victims of the crime list Nos. 2020, 4356, the evidence revealed that the victim did not deposit money to the account known by the Defendant, and thus, it was clear that the victim failed to do so (2020, 4356, No. 259-262, the evidence records of the case), thereby recognizing the victim as an attempted crime, and accordingly, the crime committed the total term or attempted crime of 2020,4356.
