The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
Reasons
1. Around 14:00 on December 20, 2017, the Defendant assaulted the victim’s face on his/her hand at the victim B (36 years) and hot water distribution room in Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, Yongsan-gu, 69 (Yinsan-dong 5 A) apartment at the disaster prevention room on the first floor of 104-dong apartment.
2. Determination
(a) Crimes of non-violation of intention: Article 260 (1) and (3) of the Criminal Act;
B. The victim expressed his/her intention not to be punished against the defendant after filing the prosecution of this case
(c) Judgment dismissing a public prosecution: Article 327 subparag. 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act;
