The Defendant is a person who operates a restaurant called "C" in Daejeon Pungdong-gu B.

A person who prepares and sells agricultural and fishery products or products processed therefrom shall not make a false indication of the place of origin or make an indication that may cause confusion among them. However, the Defendant purchased a total of 190 km from February 16, 2017 to January 19, 2018, a total of 190 km kimchi, which is the country of origin, from among the kimchi purchased in the above restaurant, and provided 180 km among the kimchi purchased in the above restaurant as above, with the country of origin labeling, and falsely indicated the country of origin of kimchi in the country of origin labeling.
