A. The plaintiff filed a lawsuit against the defendant, who is the issuer of the household check as Busan District Court 2006Kadan15376, to seek monetary payment for the following reasons. On November 24, 2006, the plaintiff was sentenced by service by public notice to order the plaintiff to pay the amount calculated at the rate of 30 million won and 6% per annum from July 11, 2005 to the date of Down payment.

B. Since then, the above judgment was served on the Defendant on December 12, 2006, and accordingly became final and conclusive on December 17, 2016.

C. Accordingly, on May 3, 2016, the Plaintiff filed the instant lawsuit for the interruption of extinctive prescription against the Defendant based on the foregoing judgment.
