1. The Defendants jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff KRW 25,288,424 and Defendant B from June 2, 2012 to November 26, 2014.

Reasons

1. On June 1, 2010, the Plaintiff leased KRW 15 million to Defendant B with interest rate of KRW 7.5% per annum, KRW 15 million until June 1, 201, and KRW 15 million until June 1, 2012, and deposited in Defendant C’s account. As such, the Plaintiff demanded repayment of the said loan.
