Punishment of the crime
1. 2017 high-ranking 7666 Defendant and the victim C (n, 21 years of age) were in a relationship with other persons.
A. On September 6, 2017, the Defendant, at around 22:00 on September 6, 2017, conspiredd the victim with sexual intercourse once, after: (a) made it impossible for the victim to resist by intimidation, such as “to capture four photographs recorded in his/her clothes,” on the ground that the victim met another male in the Defendant’s dwelling in Gyeyang-gu Incheon Metropolitan City D302.
