2. The costs of the lawsuit, including costs incurred by participation, are all assessed against the Plaintiff.

A. The Plaintiff’s permission to occupy and use public waters and license for an excursion ship business is established on October 10, 207 and operated a cruise marine tourism business. 2) On June 13, 2008, the Plaintiff obtained permission to occupy and use public waters for one year from the date of permission pursuant to Article 5(1)1 of the former Public Waters Management Act (amended by Act No. 9626, Apr. 22, 2009; hereinafter the same shall apply) with respect to the size of 2,474 square meters from the head of the Sinsan Regional Maritime Port Office for the purpose of installing a tourist excursion ship station and a floating bridge for tourists on board. < Amended by Act No. 9626, Apr. 15, 2010; Act No. 10272, Feb. 20, 2009>

3) The period of permission to occupy and use public waters for the Plaintiff was extended to one year by 2014. On June 19, 2014, the Defendant issued a revised permission to occupy and use public waters by adding the following conditions of permission to the Plaintiff from June 13, 2014 to June 12, 2015.
