2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

A. On October 30, 1998, the Plaintiff completed the registration of ownership transfer for each land listed in the table Nos. 1 through 4, and 6 (the same method as “land No. 1” according to the following table) on October 28, 1998. On March 13, 1995, the Plaintiff completed the registration of ownership transfer for the land listed in the table No. 5 (the reverse method referred to as “land No. 5”) on October 1, 1983.

As of October 30, 1998, an area of 3413 square meters as of October 30, 1998, C 2132 square meters in Busan-gun, Busan-gun, 1,342 square meters, was divided into 10170 square meters in D forest and E 291 square meters, and was divided into 291 square meters in Busan-gun, 291 square meters on June 5, 2002, Bom 3 Busan-gun, 2617 square meters in B forest and 2617 square meters in Busan-gun, 3570 square meters in size at the time of October 30, 1998, the area of which was 357 square meters in Busan-gun, 264 square meters in size in Busan-gun, 12300 square meters in Busan-gun, and 2658 square meters in size in Busan-gun, 298.

B. On August 18, 2005, the O Religious Organization PP church completed the registration of transfer of ownership by the reason of the above sale as to the six land purchased from the Plaintiff (as at that time, the land category was “forest”) and the six land on the same day.

Since then, from June 2007 with permission from the defendant, the O Religious Organization PP church newly built the second floor of the church building on the sixth land, and changed the land category of the sixth land from June 18, 2007 to "forest land", and newly built on June 21, 2007.
