1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for 60,000,000 won and the interest rate of 15% per annum from June 10, 2016 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. The Plaintiff, on October 30, 2007, lent a total of KRW 450 million to the Defendants who engage in credit business from around June 30, 2007 to June 2008. Of them, the Defendants sought payment of KRW 60 million, which the Defendants agreed to pay through the payment note as of June 4, 2008.
