Punishment of the crime
Defendant is not a narcotics handler.
1. On November 7, 2015 and November 12, 2015, the Defendant purchased approximately 2g 6,000 g of Melopon Meloptop, a local mental medicine, from a male who was known through a smartphone “C” Melop method, in the trade name in Thailand, and around November 12, 2015.
In addition, from that time until November 5, 2016, the Defendant purchased and sold, received, or received, penphones over a total of 11 times, such as 1,4, 8, 19, 20, 22, 22, 25, 29, 30, 39, 44 of the list of crimes in the attached Table.
2. 3. On May 12, 2016, the Defendant imported phiphonephones by inserting approximately 1.8g of phiphones into three plastic bags from the Kimhae International Airport located on the access road to the airport of Gangseo-gu, Busan, in around 108, and concealing them into the travel bags, and then importing phiphones in a manner of bringing them into the Republic of Korea using a passenger flag at the cock airport in the Thailand, Kimhae International Airport, and the Republic of Korea.
In addition, from November 11, 2016, the Defendant imported philophones over three times in total, such as [Attachment Table 12,28, 43] and [Attachment Table 12,28, and 43].
4. On November 24, 2016, the Defendant possessed a philophone by keeping a vinyl paper containing approximately 0.1g of a philophone at the Defendant’s residence located in Busan Jin-gu, Busan, and the first floor.
5. Receipt and possession of marijuana;
A. The Defendant, who received marijuana, shall enter paragraphs 4 and 4 around July 2016.
