The Defendant personally purchased the prescription-related softs from the representative C, which is a wholesale company B, from the pharmaceutical wholesale company, and intended to give the family members and surrounding people with no doctor's treatment or prescription.

As a result, the defendant provided without medical treatment or prescription to those who are not family members, and provided without medical treatment by means of injecting sos about 50 times.
