1. The Defendant’s KRW 33,925,00 for the Plaintiff and KRW 5% per annum from October 3, 2018 to July 17, 2020 for this.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
3. The statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings for Partial Dismissal is recognized as being amended on May 21, 2019 and enforced on June 1, 2019, only the damages for delay calculated at the rate of 12% per annum from the day following the delivery date of a copy of the complaint of this case to the day of full payment, and the exceeding part shall be dismissed.
