A. Defendant A worked as an emergency business director of Victim D Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “victim company”) established for the main purpose of developing and selling computer software from October 25, 2007 to February 1, 2008. The E and F work for the victim company since the victim company was incorporated, and the E and F indicated in the written indictment that “the automation system installed for the purpose of creating products or components as a whole managed and controlled the automated factory system installed for the purpose of creating products or components,” but it appears that the expression “the information management program,” which connects individual equipment and upper-tier computers, is more appropriate.

8. The first police officer is the person who retired from the victim company, respectively.

No person shall use any trade secret useful to the enterprise for the purpose of obtaining unjust profits or causing damage to the enterprise.

Nevertheless, around August 201, the Defendant, along with E and F, engaged in the business of manufacturing and delivering CIM programs using the CIM program (hereinafter “instant CIM program”), listed in the attached list of crimes (hereinafter “instant CIM program”), which is trade secrets of the victim company. However, a personal business chain jointly established by E and F, “B” developed CIM programs using the above bar code, and was recruited to engage in the development and sale of CIM programs by selling the CIM programs developed by B, which is a corporation established by the Defendant.

Accordingly, E and F established “B” under the name of G, the wife of F, as the victim company, around August 18, 201, and the Defendant established B corporation as a corporation around August 12, 2011.
