Defendant shall be punished by a fine of four million won.
Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one million won shall be the one day.
Punishment of the crime
On December 19, 2019, the Defendant driven a car with BKank District on December 13, 19, 2019, and led the two lanes prior to D elementary schools in C at Jeju to the 6-lane north of the fire station distance.
At all times, there is an intersection where signal lights are installed, so in such a case, the driver of the motor vehicle had a duty of care to live well on the front side and the left side, and to prevent accidents by safely proceeding in accordance with the signals of the intersection.
Nevertheless, even though the signal of the off-road crossing has been changed to a yellow signal, the Defendant did not stop in front of the above intersection at a speed higher than that of the above intersection, due to the occupational negligence of the Defendant entering the above intersection, and discovered the fMF5 car moving to the above intersection in violation of the signal at the right side of the road, and operated the fMF5 car moving to the above intersection at late, and operated it to the left side, and operated the fMF5 car moving to the left side, but the Defendant did not avoid it, but did not take part of the fMF5 car moving to the right side of the e-road driving, and suffered from the victim E (the 48 years old) about two weeks of the above fMF5 car moving to receive approximately two weeks of the left side of the e-road driving, and suffered from the victim G (the f., the 46 years old knife) and the above 3-day passenger car suffering from the above 3-day driver's 3-day driver's disease.
