1. The Defendant’s KRW 59,484,856 for the Plaintiff and its related KRW 5% per annum from June 13, 2017 to June 21, 2017.

Reasons

1. On January 21, 2005, the Plaintiff and the non-party D jointly purchased the land, sold the building on the ground, divided the profits therefrom into 40% (Plaintiff) and 60% (D). The Plaintiff jointly purchased the land of this case on January 21, 2005 and completed the registration of ownership transfer of 1/20 of each of the 3rd sections of this case (the land category and area of this case was 1,281 square meters at the time of its purchase, but only 200 square meters at 1,281 square meters at each of this case’s 3rd sections of this case’s land. The Plaintiff was entrusted to the above D 1,191 square meters at each of this case’s 20-444 square meters at each of this case’s 1,281 square meters at each of this case’s 7th sections of this case’s land ownership of this case’s 1,281 square meters at each of this case’s 265th sections of this case’s land ownership.
