A The fine of KRW 5,00,000, the fine of KRW 4,000,000, the fine of KRW 3,000,00, and the fine of KRW 3,00,00, respectively, shall be imposed on Defendant B.

A person who has lost his name is the business owner who operates a game room with no one on the second floor of the building of the Seowon-gu, Seowon-gu, and the defendant A is an employee of the business office who manages money exchange and customers, the defendant C and the defendant B shall prepare a money exchange slip and the customer's character.

A game products related business entity shall not allow any gambling or other speculative act using a game product, and no one shall provide a game product not rated by the Game Products Management Committee for the use thereof, or exchange tangible or intangible results acquired through the use of the game product.

Nevertheless, from April 28, 2016 to 23:48 of the same month from April 2016 to April 30, 2016, the Defendants: (a) installed 40 game games in the game site in which ratings are refused from the Game Management Committee; (b) opened 10,000 won per single game game; (c) opened 10,000 won in cash for customers by communicating many unspecified customers who find out 10,000 won by visiting 10,000 won with the entrance after correcting the entrance; and (d) operated a business to exchange points after deducting 10,000 points for money from the use of game products by customers.

As a result, the defendants provided game products which are denied rating by the Game Management Committee in collusion with the name-free persons and exchanged the results obtained through the use of game products.
