The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
Reasons
1. On January 25, 2017, the Defendant of the instant facts charged: (a) at the Defendant’s house located in Syang City B, the day before the instant case, and in the Defendant’s program, “D very very very very very very very very difficult E”.
함. 나보고 오만 원짜리 카메라도 이렇게 살지 말지 고민할 거면 평생 이렇게 살 거라고 했음. 나는 이렇게 살 거 임. 신중하게 ’라고 작성한 글에 댓 글로 ‘ 캐ㅡ 새 키였음’ 이라는 내용을 작성하여 공연히 피해자 F를 모욕하였다.
