The defendant committed the following crimes under the status that the defendant lacks the ability to discern things or make decisions due to mental illness, etc.:

"2017 Highest 2554"

1. Larceny and intrusion into a thief;

A. At around 13:30 on July 8, 2017, the Defendant: (a) entered the D cultural center male room in Changwon-si, Changwon-si; (b) went into the D cultural center male room in Changwon-si; and (c) opened a 172 blick door and opened a 300,000 won for male use with the market price of 300,000 won owned by the victim; and (d) 30,000 won for cash in the market price of 880,000 won in the market price; (b) one 18K gold blick in the market price of 400,000 won in the market price; and (c) one 300,000 won in the market price of 3,50,000 won in the market price; and (d) one 178,000 won in the market price of jum A with the 350,000 won in the market price.

B. On July 9, 2017, at around 17:20, the Defendant: (a) opened and intruded the door door of a singing room in the Hask room located in five singing rooms; and (b) cut off the total market value of KRW 4.60,000,000,000, in cash in the Defendant’s possession of the victim; (c) KRW 250,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000, 10,000, No. 10,000, No. 10, 10,000, No. 360,000,000,000 won

2. On July 9, 2017, the Defendant purchased 3,836,00 won in total on five occasions as shown in the list of crimes in the attached Table on the same day, including the purchase of male clothing, etc. equivalent to the aggregate market price of KRW 739,00,00, from the J 1-K store located in Seongbuk-gu, Changwon-si, Sungwon-si, Sungwon-si, as set forth in paragraph 1-b.

Accordingly, the defendant used stolen credit cards, and acquired property equivalent to 3,836,000 won in total of the market price.

1. On July 5, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 22:00, at a singing room 2 in the victim M management Ning room in the window L of Changwon-si.
