1. Defendant BC Defendants, while working as an employee at the same time and place, provided game products as above, and provided customers with points according to a favorable result, and aided and abetted them by providing customers with an item card at a premium rate of KRW 5,000 in the market price, even though they knew that they are engaged in speculative business, such as providing them with a gift gift.
