2. The costs of appeal shall be borne by Defendant A.

Purport of claim and appeal

(b).

A. 1) Defendant B is the party’s status. Defendant B is the building on the ground C in Kunpo-si (hereinafter “instant building”).

Defendant A is the owner of the instant building, and from September 2005, Defendant A is the 141.9 square meters on the left-hand side of the first floor of the instant building (hereinafter “instant restaurant”).

(2) On May 7, 2015, the Plaintiff entered into a fire insurance contract between F and G, which operates each of the instant building and the fixed landing point and the restaurant (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “victim”) on the grounds of the name of “D.” (hereinafter referred to as “D”). The Plaintiff is an insurer who entered into a fire insurance contract between F and G with the fixed landing point and the restaurant, and the building, internal facilities, goods, and semi-finished goods of the restaurant, the place of business. B. (1) On August 18, 2015, around 12:39, a fire occurred on the roof of the container used by Defendant A as a food material warehouse on the rear side of the instant restaurant (hereinafter “instant fire”).

(2) The fire fighting devices, which were caught into the affected shop of this case and scambling for the internal facilities and disassembly work, were damaged by their noise. The fire fighting point of this case was as follows.
