[criminal history] On November 4, 201, the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of KRW 1,50,000 to a fine of KRW 1,500,000 as a crime of violation of road traffic law at the original branch of the Chuncheon District Court, and on July 17, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year for a period of four months by imprisonment with labor for a violation of road traffic law.

[Criminal facts]

1.
