1. The Plaintiff’s obligation against the Defendant, and the obligation of KRW 3,000,00 based on the joint and several surety contract dated August 11, 2014, exists.

Reasons

1. The joint and several guarantee contract entered in the order for indicating the claim is concluded by B at will by forging the Plaintiff’s name, and thus, the Plaintiff’s obligation based on the above contract is nonexistent.
