1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiffs each amount stated in the attached Form 2's "total amount of damages recognized by the court", and this shall apply.
Basic Facts
The defendant is a housing redevelopment improvement cooperative that obtained approval from the head of Dongdaemun-gu Office on July 30, 2002 to implement a housing redevelopment improvement project (hereinafter "the redevelopment project of this case") that constructs apartment (hereinafter "the apartment of this case") on the ground of Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Dongdaemun-gu.
The plaintiffs are those who entered into a sales contract with the defendant or succeeded to the status of the purchaser of the apartment of this case.
(Provided, on November 3, 201, the network EM, EN, and EO, the litigation of the network EL, succeeded to the status of the deceased purchaser in accordance with 3/7, 2/7, 2/7, and 7, each share of inheritance). The conclusion of the sales contract and the contract for the purchase of the apartment from the defendant for 10 days from August 8, 2006 (hereinafter “instant sales contract”) entered into a contract for the purchase of the apartment from the defendant (hereinafter “instant sales contract”), and each purchase price was paid in full with the deposit account designated by the defendant according to the above sales contract.
The following are applicable to the contents of the instant sales contract.
