The judgment below

Examining the evidence duly adopted by the first instance court, the lower court’s determination that all of the facts charged in this case was guilty on the grounds stated in its reasoning is justifiable, and contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal, the lower court did not err by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence in violation of logical and empirical rules,

In addition, considering the circumstances revealed in the records, such as the background leading up to each of the crimes in this case, the method of criminal conduct, the defendant's behavior before and after the crime, and the circumstances after the crime, it cannot be seen that the defendant was in a state of mental disorder beyond the state of mental disorder at the time of each of the crimes in this case, and therefore, it cannot be accepted that the judgment of the court below erred

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
