Defendant
A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 5,000,000, and by a fine of KRW 1,000,000, respectively.

Punishment of the crime
1. Joint crimes committed by the Defendants
A. A. On December 2010, the Defendants forged private documents requested Defendant A to forge the results notification table of the College Ability Test’s College Ability Test. Defendant B consented and then entered the examination number, name, resident registration number, and origin of Defendant A provided to Defendant A on the files of the results notification sheet of the College Ability Test using the following writing program installed in a computer at an irregular place, and then sent the above files to Defendant A using the program, and then output the standard points of “the language area, repair area, foreign language (English), social research area, foreign language (foreign language) area, and second foreign language/Korean language area,” and then input the points and grade he wished by Defendant A in the Korean Education Evaluation Board and the official seal of the head of the above Evaluation Board using the Korean language file type, and then, Defendant A printed out the files with Defendant A’s trade name and vibration from the Dongjak-gu Seoul E-mail point at that time.
As a result, the Defendants forged the results notification table of the College Ability Test with respect to Defendant A in the name of the Director of the Korean Curriculum Evaluation Board, which is a private document for the purpose of exercising authority.
B. On December 2010, the Defendants conspired to offer the above investigation document to Defendant A’s parents who did not know of the forged report on the result of the College Ability Test with respect to Defendant A at his own house, Young-gu, Young-gu, Young-gu, Ga.
2. Joint crimes of Defendant A and E;
A. Defendant A, on an Internet website, posted a letter stating that he/she sold the results notification table of the College Ability Test on the F website, and this letter E around December 8, 2014.
