A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

Although anyone, other than an attorney-at-law, does not deal with legal cases in return for receiving or promising to receive money, valuables, etc., he/she will act as an agent for legal affairs related to compulsory auction when he/she pays fees of 4 million won to C at the Changwon District Court located in Changwon-si, Changwon District Court around October 25, 2012.

The phrase “A” means that “B million won has been paid from C to receive money and valuables from C at that place, as well as acting on behalf of C for legal affairs such as application for compulsory auction by official auction, payment of auction proceeds, and application for entry in a list of defaulters, and dealt with various legal affairs of C by receiving or promising to receive money and valuables from C at least seven times, such as entries in the list of crimes.
