A. The defendant shall be sentenced to one year and two months of imprisonment.

Defendant

A and the defendant B are simple marital places, and the defendant B and the defendant C are children, and the defendant C and the defendant D are women.

The Defendants, using the fact that hospitals were easily hospitalized at the request of the patient without any objective grounds for symptoms, were hospitalized for a long time by suggesting false symptoms or by deceiving minor symptoms, and then were able to obtain insurance money by claiming insurance money from the insurance company on this basis.

The Defendant, including that, from around that time to January 2012, by deceiving eight insurance companies, including victim agricultural life, etc., and received the total amount of insurance proceeds of KRW 159,536,246, as indicated in the attached Table (1).

2. From around 2007 to around 2009, Defendant B purchased a total of 11 insurance products sold by an insurance company, including victim agricultural life, and paid approximately KRW 700,000 per month average insurance premium.
