Basic Facts
The Plaintiff entered into a credit guarantee agreement on the following table (hereinafter “instant credit guarantee agreement”) in order for F to obtain a loan for corporate purchase from a corporate bank (hereinafter “F”) between F and F Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “F”).
