The amount of 840 square meters of D forest land in Jeonbuk-gun, Jeonbuk-gun, shall be placed at an auction and the auction cost shall be deducted from the price.

Reasons

The Plaintiff and the Defendant shared 1/2 shares of the land listed in the Disposition No. 1 (hereinafter “instant land”). The division of the instant land in kind is impossible in light of relevant statutes, and since both the Plaintiff and the Defendant wish to divide the price by auction, it is so decided as per Disposition.
