Punishment of the crime
From the end of November 2012, the Defendant was in a relationship between the victim D (n, 40 years of age) and resistant relationship.
1. Crimes between him/her from May 27, 2015 to his/her new wall on May 28 of the same month;
A. B. On May 28, 2015, the Defendant raped the victim at the inside of a new wall on May 28, 2015, on the part of the victim, with a percentage of the victim’s cell phone charging devices, lying the victim on the bed part of the bed, and panty charging devices, putting the victim out of the victim’s boom and panty, and sexual intercourse with the victim’s body where the resistance is tensiond due to such assault.
2. The crime between his/her opening from December 26, 2015 to his/her opening wall on December 27 of the same month;
A. On December 26, 2015, from around 19:00 on December 26, 2015 to the new wall of the same month, the Defendant would have heard the horses that “I wish to hedge” from the injured party while engaging in a verbal dispute with the victim at the same place.
