On October 28, 2017, the Defendant driven a BM7 car under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.080% in a section of approximately 2km from the front of the Sejong Apartment apartment located in the east-si, Macheon-si to the front of the road in front of the Song High School located in the Eup/Myeon located in the same city area, from around 09:38 to the front of the road.
