A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a driver of the B rocketing car.
1. On October 21, 2012, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) and driven the said rocketing car without obtaining a driver’s license from a section of about 10 km from the front side of the helley-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, to the front side of the Bridge-dong, Daegu-gu, Seoul-gu, without obtaining a driver’s license.
2. On October 21, 2012, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (hereinafter “Special Cases”) driven the said car at a speed of about 20km per hour from the seat of the Daegu public road to the seat of the illegal string of 20km.
At the time, there were nights, and there was a narrow side that is not divided into sidewalks and roadways, so the driver of the motor vehicle has the duty to take the duty to safely drive the motor vehicle by living well on the front side and the left side.
Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to park a vehicle on the side of the road and waiting for a proxy driving engineer, received even the right side side part of the victim D (the age of 32) XG, which was behind the right side part of the Defendant’s vehicle, and suffered about two weeks of treatment for the victim.
3. On October 21, 2012, around 05:10 on October 21, 2012, the Defendant: (a) paid a unauthorized traffic accident, such as the preceding paragraph, at the Defendant’s residence, Daegu-dong C Apartment 102 Dong-gu, 2203, and (b) asked the Defendant to have the Defendant make a false confession by posting the phone to the Defendant F, who attempted to conceal it; and (c) requested the Defendant to have the Defendant make a false confession.
Therefore, on October 22, 2012, the Defendant had FF run a traffic accident by driving a rocketing car around October 21, 2012 in the Daegu-gu 301 Dong 1208, Daegu Hack Police Station’s dwelling area, G 301 Dong 1208, and the police station’s guard and transportation of the said case, and the police station’s guard and the police station’s situation where the investigation team was affiliated with the said case.
