1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
The Plaintiff asserts that, as indicated in the attached Form 31, March 31, 2015 through October 6, 2015, the Defendant lent a total of KRW 38,310,000 to the Defendant and did not receive KRW 34,310,000 out of the principal amount.
However, the evidence presented by the Plaintiff alone is insufficient to prove that the Plaintiff agreed to lend the money claimed by the Plaintiff to the Defendant. Therefore, the Plaintiff’s assertion is without merit.
Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case is without merit.
