except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. Forgery of private documents;

A. On May 11, 2009, the Defendant entered the file of the sales contract for commercial buildings located on the first floor of the member-gu Seoul Building C in the Gyeonggi-gu, Gyeonggi-do, with the aim of exercising the right and printed it out to the purchaser’s name “E” in the indication column of the real estate to be supplied after the year, the Defendant entered the file of the sales contract for commercial buildings stored on the said computer as “108,000,000 won in daily gold 4.38,000 won (Won 4.38,00,000 won)” in the total supply column, “E” in the purchaser’s name column, “E” in the purchaser’s resident registration number column, and “E” in the resident registration number column, and printed it out to the address column, and affixed a seal of D with the name and seal of D in advance attached to D.

Accordingly, the Defendant forged a copy of the C commercial building sale contract in the name of D, which is a private document on rights and obligations.

B. The Defendant, at the above date, had an employee under his name without authority to exercise the file of the C commercial building sales contract stored in his/her computer for the purpose of uttering, had him/her enter the file in his/her name in the column for indication of real estate supplied after year, and then printed out the file in his/her name in the column for indication of real estate supplied, with the seal of D’, which had been inserted in the column for preparation of real estate supplied in advance in D’s name in the column for preparation (Won 384,00,000 won), “D, May 11, 2009,” “E” in the column for buyer’s name, “E”, and “F apartment 102-504, Nam-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City,” and affixed a seal affixed to D’s name.

Accordingly, the Defendant forged a copy of the C commercial building sale contract in the name of D, which is a private document on rights and obligations.

C. The Defendant, at the above date, at the above place, had an employee under his name without authority for the purpose of exercising his/her right, and had him/her file for the commercial sales contract stored in his/her computer on a yearly basis in the indication column of real estate supplied after the year, “10 of the first floor of the building C in Ansan-si, Gyeonggi-do, and 384,000 won MF in the total supply column.
